The Kemutec brand is a subsidiary of heritage manufacturing company Process Components Ltd in the UK, and has designed and supplied high-end powder processing equipment and components for the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries for over three decades. It specialises in sieving, crushing, milling, and mixing equipment and systems.

Rob Dallow

Rob has over thirty years’ experience working for Kemutec, having begun his career there in 1985. In his new role he will oversee the brand’s international sales strategy, whilst continuing to service existing accounts and bolstering Kemutec’s presence in the UK, mainland Europe, and the US. Existing clients include GlaxoSmithKline, Pedigree Petfoods, Mars, and Nestle, along with many other major brands in the food, pharmaceutical and chemical industries.

Rob’s appointment follows the opening of a new office in the Netherlands, with further sites set to open soon in other territories. In addition to its current UK, European and US bases, Kemutec has a network of highly experienced representatives based around the world.

Speaking about his new role, Rob Dallow said: “This is an exciting time for Kemutec as we begin to develop our presence in new, international markets and grow our existing client base. My new role reflects both our own global strategy, and the fact that many of our largest, longstanding clients are multi-national organisations. In the US, Kemutec has a great reputation for delivery, quality, customer support and process knowledge, and I look forward to replicating that elsewhere, as well as building on the relationships with our existing customers.”

Karin Galloway

“Karin has worked alongside me in the US for years. She has considerable market experience, is incredibly driven, and already has strong relationships with our existing clients so there will be no interruption in service. I have no doubt she will continue to grow the US arm of the Kemutec brand further still.”

Rob’s successor, Karin Galloway, has an engineering background and began working with Kemutec in 2012 as a machine sales engineer, and more recently as US Sales Manager. She has extensive knowledge of the powder processing market throughout the US, having worked in many major cities, including New York, Philadelphia and Chicago. Initially, Karin’s focus will be on exploring new sales avenues and continuing to build the Kemutec team in the US.

Karin Galloway, newly appointed CEO of Kemutec Group, USA said: “I’m excited to be heading up the US team and continuing to build on the strong foundations that Rob has created here. As a brand, Kemutec is held in very high regard in the US. However, I believe the opportunities for Kemutec here are greater than what we have already tapped into, and I look forward to exploring those as part of our strategy for growth. In addition to the areas we already have considerable presence in, I would like to focus on other states in the US that are hotbeds for this industry. I also look forward to further developing our relationships with existing customers, who I have worked alongside for many years.”

Kemutec Group USA is based in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Rob Dallow will be based at the Kemutec UK headquarters in Poynton, Cheshire. Kemutec is made up of a group of heritage brands that incorporates Kemutec, Kek, Gardner, Mucon and PPS.
